Courtyard by Marriott Parsippany

Good location away from the highway. Rooms clean, staff friendly. Only issue was a soiled hand towel left on top of the curtain rod. The maid probably never saw it.

I always try to get the one whirlpool room they have when I stay here. It is usually available. It’s a great way to relax after a long day. The bathroom is large and accommodating as well as the room itself. The staff was very friendly and got me taken care of right away and was able to accommodate my requests with no issues.

Very courteous and welcoming staff. Bistro fantastic! PLENTY OF TEA, wines, beer, and food. Including yogurt parfait, cranberry juice, OJ, lovely. NATE was GREAT a tea master <3 kind jovial thoughtful friendly neat clean and detailed. Carlos? And the other woman working the counter with him were very kind and friendly as well. Accomating and thoughtful, wonderful that it was available till 10pm willing to serve and help guest right to the end <3 rooms were clean.

A little older and in need of TLC but close to dining and not too far from the interstate. Standard Marriott service is a complement.

Fantastic service and attention at this Courtyard (and I stay at a lot of Marriotts). Had a TV issue, and the supervisor Soroya was up within 3 mins to deal with it. Solved the problem and had a great conversation. I haven't had anything but a great interactions with any of the employees at this hotel. I would highly recommend it if you are in Parsippany and need a place to stay!

This hotel has a beautiful large lobby. It smelled so good, and it was so clean. There's a little cafe that serves breakfast, lunch dinner, but it is not opened all day. The prices are pretty good. The rooms are large, bathroom a great size. The room was very clean, and so was the bathroom. Although the room had a musty smell, it was not the best first impression when you just got in the room. One of the elevators was broken. The next day, there was a huge pile of dirty linens on the hallway of the second floor and trash bags by a bunch of rooms at 5 pm. Spmeone dropped the ball, obviously. We had to go and ask the service desk if they were aware, which they said they weren't. When we got back from dinner, the hallway was back to normal. Pool and exercise areas were small but clean. I would rate at a 3.5 stars.

I drive from MA to NJ twice a year for one day/nite for a convention in Parsippany that I attend. I always stay at this hotel. The check in is a breeze and everyone is accommodating. Its also so nice that one of the staff members, Brandon, remembers me from a previous stay 6 months prior. He is a great guy, very pleasant and professional. I look forward to my next stay in April and would definitely recommend this hotel!

The lobby of the hotel is clean and has a nice decor. When you get to the halls you get an outdated feel. The carpet in the room was dated and the room had a stale smell. We cracked the windows open and all was good. The room was clean and comfy. Liked the little couch and the bed was comfortable and we slept well. We found good food, and parks etc. Not to far away.
